Classic Space Minifig in Purple!
It has been 43 years since Lego has released the first red Classic Space minifig. Classic Space has always been my favourite Lego theme and I have at least one of every colour of all of the official, and unofficial Classic Space minifigs.
In Lego's just released series 22 minifigs they have included a minfig called Space Creature, which includes a purple torso with the Classic Space logo on it. This means it's time to build a purple Classic Space minifig.
Lego has released all of the parts required in other minifigs over the years in dark purple except the airtanks, which I selected in pearl dark gray the best match for purple right now.

This minifig includes both a classic styled dark purple helmet and dark purple air tanks!! With these parts the purple spaceman is complete.
